Working temperatures:
minimum temperature: -50ºC
maximum temperature: +150ºC (maximum peak temperature +175ºC <1h)
Thermal conductivity at 0ºC: ≤0,040 W/(m · K) and at 40ºC: ≤0,045, tested in accordance with DIN EN 12086 and DIN EN 13496
Water vapour permeability: ≥ 3.000
External mechanical strength: 500 N
CharacteristicsPre-insulated pipes specifically designed for solar collector heating systems (SCHS) to transport hot liquid (energy) from the solar collectors to buildings (heat exchangers, storage tanks). The superior insulation reduces heat looses even on long distances. Inflex Solar is recommended for open and ground applications. Outer casing of corrugated pipe protects the insulation against birds and UV raises in open systems. In buried in ground applications insulation and carrier pipe are protected against external mechanical damage.
